As a customer of our shop, you are eligible for FULL REFUND if your package is misplaced or damaged during shipment.

 

Please contact us via email (clovedealer@gmail.com) within 45 days after the order date, with the following details in order for us to authorize a refund: 

Order Number, First & Last Name.

Specify reason for refund: Damaged, Received incorrect item or size, Received duplicate item, etc.

 

Our customer service will process the refund within 2 business days after receiving your email.
